The team at Motorola Solutions moved to a new CMS, and they needed someone with a strong understanding of good usability, as well as a background in content strategy to review the CMS and help them modify it for their use. I created a usability report, focusing on their governance needs, and helped create a vocabulary specific to the Motorola Solutions partners who use the site.
Autotrader.com has a fantastic content strategist, who has created a voice that both informs and reassures prospective users. Now, I work with their content strategist to implement the new voice in emails, across websites, and in multiple new applications.
As a startup, Puregood needed me to create a brand from scratch, based off the ideas in the founders’ heads. I delivered brand guidelines, editorial guidelines, user personas, and key words such that all Puregood communications will align with the business objectives, and the user needs.
When Carbonite needed a site redesign, they wanted to ensure that their content matched their visual design. I conducted stakeholder interviews, worked with the marketing team and the UX team, and provided copy for the new site, merging it seamlessly with the new visual design.
